MindReset AI LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the MindReset AI mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our app.

Information We Collect

• Email address — used to create and manage your account
• User ID — assigned automatically to identify your account
• Journal entries — text you write in the journal feature
• Usage data — session history, mood logs, streaks, and app interactions

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the app
• To personalize your AI wellness recommendations
• To track your progress and streaks
• To send push notifications (only if you opt in)

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Third-Party Services

• Anthropic (Claude AI) — powers AI responses. Messages are sent to their API.
• Supabase — database and authentication
• RevenueCat — subscription management
• Apple App Store — payment processing

Data Deletion

You can delete your account at any time by going to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers.

Children's Privacy

MindReset AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
